| Paul H. Brewbaker is the Principal of TZ Economics, a Hawaii economics consultancy. His
background is in research on the Hawaii economy and financial risk analytics from an affiliation with Bank of Hawaii of more than
25 years, concluding as its Chief Economist. Brewbaker is a graduate of Stanford University and received his Ph.D. from the
University of Hawaii, both in economics. He also did graduate work and lectured at the University of Wisconsin, and is a lecturer
at the University of Hawaii. Brewbaker is a member of the American Economic Association, the American Finance Association, and
the National Association for Business Economics. He is a director of the Hawaii Economic Association and currently chairs the
Hawaii Council on Revenues. |

| Dr. Michael Sklarz is the President and CEO of Collateral Analytics, a Honolulu based company. Dr. Sklarz has more than 25 years of professional experience in real estate research, analysis and real estate technology product development in the United States and global real estate markets. Previously, Dr. Sklarz was Head of Analytics at Fidelity National Financial and Chief Valuation Officer for Fidelity National Information Solutions. Dr. Sklarz was also previously the Director of Research at Prudential Locations, Inc., where he helped pioneer the development of new analytic tools and databases to track and forecast the Hawaii and U.S. real estate market. Dr. Sklarz holds a B.S. in Engineering Mathematics from Columbia University and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Hawaii. He is also a Fellow of The Homer Hoyt Institute. |

| Bill S. Chee is Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Locations LLC, Hawaii’s largest locally owned real estate firm providing residential brokerage, relocation, property management and property research. He has been in the real estate business for over 40 years. Chee has had the distinction of being the only person from Hawaii to have served as President of the National Association of Realtors, an 800,000 member organization. He has also been the past President of the Honolulu Board of Realtors and the Hawaii Association of Realtors. His professional designations include Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Mr. Chee is a graduate of the University of Hawaii where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree. |
